Usage and dosage :
Take it orally once before going to bed every night. The initial dose for adults is 10mg, which can be increased to 20mg after 1-2 weeks according to the clinical effect. An initial dose of 5.0mg is recommended for patients with renal insufficiency (GFR50ml/ min).

Pharmacological Action This product is the prodrug of terbutaline, a selective β2 receptor agonist, which is metabolized into terbutaline under the action of enzyme after oral absorption. Terbutaline mainly activates the β2 receptor of the bronchial smooth muscle, thereby relaxing the bronchial smooth muscle. In addition, this product can inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators by mast cells. Toxicity of repeated administration :Wistar rats and Beagle dogs were orally given 108mg/Kg/ day and 34.42mg/Kg/ day for 90 consecutive days, respectively. No toxic reaction was observed in animal behavior, diet, hematology, blood biochemistry, gross anatomy and histopathological examination of major organs. Genotoxicity :Ames test, CHL cell chromosome aberration test and NIH mouse bone marrow micronucleus test results were negative. Reproductive toxicity: the dose of this product was 180mg/Kg/ day, and it was given orally for 10 consecutive days. No obvious toxic reaction was observed in Wistar pregnant rats, and no obvious appearance, visceral and skeletal malformations were observed in fetal offspring.
[Drug interaction] Bambuterol hydrochloride may prolong the muscle relaxation effect of succincholine because bambuterol hydrochloride partially inhibits the production of cholinesterase, which is dose-dependent and can be fully restored.
[Adverse reactions] The side effects that have been found include tremor, headache, tonic muscle spasm and palpitations, which are common characteristics of oral bronchodilators. However, the adverse reaction of this drug is mild compared with other similar drugs. The intensity of side effects was positively correlated with dose, and most of them disappeared spontaneously within the first 1-2 weeks of treatment. A very few people may appear mildly elevated transaminase and dry mouth, dizziness, stomach discomfort, etc.
Contraindications: This product, terbutaline and sympathomimetic amine allergy is contraindicated.
