Function :

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) :

The recommended dose for adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia as a single agent is 12mg/m[sup]2[/sup] intravenously per day for 3 consecutive days. Children 10mg/m[sup]2[/sup] for three consecutive days.However, all dosing regiments should be adjusted to take into account the patient's blood picture and the dose of other cytotoxic agents administered during the combination.
