How to use it ?

[Administration instructions] It is not allowed to be injected subcutaneously or intramuscular, but not to be leaked out of blood vessels. [Usage and Dosage] Generally dissolve it with 5% glucose solution or 10ml distilled water for injection, then pour it into a small pot intravenously. This drug is difficult to dissolve in sodium chloride injection, so it is not suitable for dissolution in sodium chloride injection. Depending on the disease, the following different methods of administration may be selected.

1. Intravenous injection :① one time 40~50mg/ m2, repeated 3~4 weeks; ② 20~25mg/㎡, once a week, continuous use for 2 weeks, 3 weeks as a cycle. ③20mg/㎡, once a day, continuous use for 2 days, 3~4 weeks as a cycle.

2. Arterial injection: head and neck cancer, bladder cancer, 7~14mg/ m2, once a day, 5 times daily or every other day.

3. Intravesical injection for bladder cancer: after catheterization, dissolve 15-30mg into 0.5-1mg/mL solution, once a day, 3 times a week, keep the solution in the bladder for 1-2 hours each time. Take this as 1 cycle and repeat for 2-3 cycles.

4. Bladder perfusion

4.1 The recommended method is to dissolve 20-30mg of the drug in 20ml of water for injection (or 5% glucose solution), and then inject 10ml of water for injection (or 5% glucose solution) into the bladder. This step is very important. It can avoid the chemical damage of skin and mucous membrane caused by the residual liquid flowing to the urethra or even the scrotum skin when the catheter is pulled.
